- 1.1. Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- 1.2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- 1.3. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact and included.
- 1.4. Perishable items (e.g., fresh fruits, vegetables, and other agro-based products) are not eligible for returns unless:
- The product is damaged, defective, or decayed at the time of delivery.
- There is a mismatch in the delivered product compared to what was ordered.
- 2. Non-Returnable Items
- 2.1. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- 2.2. Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with.
- 2.3. Custom or personalized products made as per customer specifications.
