Refund Policy
1. Refund Policy
- 1.1. Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse or designated location.
- 1.2. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during purchase, such as:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS) like bKash, Nagad, etc.
- Cash (if applicable)
- 1.3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
2. Replacement and Exchange
- 2.1. If a product is damaged, defective, or mismatched, you may request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.
- 2.2. Replacement or exchange requests are subject to product availability.
3. Shipping Costs
- 3.1. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item sent), Cholo Krishi will bear the shipping costs for the return and replacement.
- 3.2. For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Important Notes
- 4.1. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- 4.2. Cholo Krishi reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
- 4.3. For bulk or wholesale orders, separate return terms may apply.
